Frightening! Spine-Tingling! Tonight only! They’ll be rolling out the red carpet in Wrigleyville tonight at 8 p.m. when writer/director Ben Grinnell of Zoo Milk Productions screens his newest comedy short Monsterlieben at Improv Olympic, 3541 N. Clark St.

Admission is free, and so is the food catered by Ofame Restaurant. Monsterlieben tries to answer the cinematic question, “Can a man-beast with the I.Q. of an 8-year-old find true love?” But the fun doesn’t stop there; Grinnell will be screening some of his other short films, too.
