As long as we’re talking about new construction on Drexel Boulevard, we might as well take a look at another new building that has sprung up on one busy block. Atproperties is marketing 4010 South Drexel, which shares some design elements– like the pointed roof line and stone checkerboard fronting the balconies– with its neighbor (both developments are from Clarke Construction). The facade, though, is pale stone instead of red brick. Condos here have two to four bedrooms and prices from the $260s to the $390s.
