We haven’t heard much lately about Golub & Co‘s proposed high-rise at 410 E Grand in Streeterville, just east of its Streeter and Streeter Place developments.
The most recent plan called for a 44-story, 490-unit apartment tower on a site fronting McClurg Ct between Grand Ave and Ohio St. The plan included office space and ground-level retail.
One of the sharp-eyed forumers at SkyscraperPage recently noted that Walsh Construction is soliciting subcontractor bids for a $125,000,000 development at 545 N McClurg Ct – the Golub site.
I’ve adjusted the address accordingly at our list of new downtown apartment projects. The geographically-compact Streeterville neighborhood has more than 3,000 new apartments in various stages of development.
