In the fourth and final video from our trip to Mondial, developer / architect Jack Berger talks a little more about the building’s views of River West and offers a few more opinions about new architecture in the city. Berger and his construction crew celebrated Mondial’s topping-off last Friday and are on pace to completing the building by early 2009.
