Some readers have speculated that work is falling behind at The Enterprise Companies‘ Museum Park Place South, located at 1901 S Calumet Ave in the South Loop, but Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agent Ralph Oliva says crews are still on pace to having units ready for closing and occupancy by late summer.
Most recently, crews have been working on the 16th floor of the 30-story building, Oliva says.
The one- to three-bedrooms at Museum Park Place South range in size from 725 to 1,625 square feet and in price from the $250s to the $550s. Standard finishes will include a mix of hardwood and carpeted floors, granite kitchen countertops, stainless-steel, white-on-white or black-on-black appliances (per plan), and marble bath vanities.
Once complete, the building will feature a rooftop “skyclub” with a sundeck, a heated outdoor pool, an exercise room, and hospitality room. Heated garage parking spaces are priced at $35,000 each.
