Atwater, 355 E Ohio, will apply the $450 admin fee to the first month’s rent for a client who rents a currently vacant apartment within 48 hours of their initial visit. Resident parking at Atwater is $225 a month – a bargain for Streeterville.
Unit 3506 at Atwater, a 1-bedroom, has been newly renovated with white quartz countertops, plank flooring throughout the living area and bedroom, and new finish details.
The leasing center for State & Chestnut is now open at 873 N Rush. A visit is a genuine experience and a way to experience the apartments and the amenities through full-size kitchen and bath installations, multiple large renderings and suggestive furnishings. First occupancies are July 1, and early birds can lock up some of the building’s best apartments
Hubbard Place is offering a one-time special on two select 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments. The net monthly rent of $3,338 is only available through February 8th.
The website is now live for the new Lofts at River East, Streeterville’s only rental lofts.
1225 Old Town‘s “Look and Lease” special refunds its $500 admin fee to residents who apply within 48 hours of their first visit. Additional incentives include free painting of an accent wall with a color of the resident’s choice and a free one-time apartment cleaning after move-in.
1225 Old Town is also showcasing a brand new furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath model.
Kingsbury Plaza is offering $150 a month parking (a River North bargain) with select apartments, and a refund of the admin fee to new residents who rent within 24 hours of their first tour.
Chestnut Place, 850 N State, is undergoing a makeover and offering a month’s free rent on vacant newly-renovated apartments.
Chestnut Tower, 121 W Chestnut, is offering up to 1.5 months of free rent on select apartments and a $200 admin fee credit for new residents who mention the building’s online coupon and are not touring with a broker. The following fully-renovated apartments with designer finishes are eligible for the free rent offer:
#3406, a 3-bedroom, 3- bath, 1,920 square foot unit with north, east and west views for $5,225. #702, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,200 square foot unit with a large master suite for $3,110. #2003, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,100 square foot southwest corner unit for $3,165. #3505, an 870 square foot top floor northwest corner 1-bedroom for $2,525.
All offers, of course, are subject to expiration dates.
