When YoChicago first wrote about Domain 1700, back in August of 2010, six homes in the Bucktown development were offered for sale at prices ranging from $2.2 to $3.5 million. Three listings were active, for 5,500, 6,500 and 7,800 square foot homes.
Only one listing is currently active at Domain 1700, a 4,200 square foot 6-bedroom, 4 ½ bath single-family on a corner lot at 1860 N Paulina St with “3 attached garages.” The price: $1,450,000.
The entire site, as you can see in the above picture, was still vacant as of yesterday. You’ll see a lot of temporary fencing on vacant lots as you traverse Bucktown’s streets. Not enough buyers pulling the trigger.
