Despite the icy credit market, cranes still dot the skyline in the Erie Park portion of River North and the nearby Fulton River District. From the upper floors of Superior 110, Joe pointed his camera to the southwest and took this photo on Thursday.
In the foreground, we can see Flair Tower, developer McCaffery Interests 198-unit rental tower, which is taking shape at 216 W Erie St. The taller building to the left is Silver Tower, Stonegate Development‘s 225-unit condo tower at 303 W Ohio St. And off in the distance, between Flair Tower and Silver Tower, two cranes hover over Fifield Companies‘ Alta at K Station rental towers at 353 N Desplaines St, which together will comprise a total of 848 apartments.
