The Parker is nearing completion in the West Loop, and will welcome its first residents at 730 W Couch Pl late in June.
In the meantime, the rapid pace of restaurant and bar openings in the immediate neighborhood shows no signs of slowing. Just a block east of The Parker, for example, the group behind Longman & Eagle, has opened Saint Lou’s Assembly next door to its new Moneygun Bar.
Residents of the curved, architecturally distinctive tower will enjoy spectacular views from their apartments and from a top-floor resident lounge.
The Parker offers a mix of studio to 3-bedroom apartments. Pre-leasing rents range from $1,750 to $1,900 for studios, $1,825 to $2,995 for 1-bedrooms, $2,825 for 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments, $3,095 to $3,895 for 2-bedroom, 2-baths, and $4,295 to $5,250 for 3-bedroom, 2-baths.
Apartments will have high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washer / dryers, plank flooring, and a choice of finish packages.
The Parker’s extensive amenities will include a sun terrace with an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a Fitness-on-Demand private room, a business center, a lounge with a coffee bar, a media room, and an indoor / outdoor rooftop lounge.
The pet-friendly building will have a dog walk, indoor bike parking, resident storage, covered parking with electric vehicle chargers, and online-concierge service.
