New Bucktown luxury condos from Noah Properties

Three new luxury condos have just been listed for sale at 2040 N Damen Ave in Bucktown.

The 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath homes are priced at $1.2M, $1.25M and $1.275M, and they’re being touted as “single-family living on one level.”

Just over a year ago Sergio & Banks‘ Melissa Govedarica, the listing agent for the units, showed me around a similar Noah Properties development at 2138 N Damen Ave. The units in the video were listed at $1.049M to $1.115M and were sold prior to completion.
