Atproperties has announced a new-construction condo project in the Irving Park neighborhood. The Terrace, located at 3917 N Kedzie Ave, will have 24 condos with private terraces (though the rendering screams “juliet balconies!”), stainless appliances, granite countertops, marble bathrooms and Jacuzzi tubs. The 1,800-square-foot condos have two bedrooms plus a den or three bedrooms, and prices start in the $390s.
