There’s a lot going on in the ol’ Lake View this month, so we thought we’d round up some of the new developments we’ve spotted recently. The new-construction building at 2936 N Lincoln Ave (pictured) has eight condos with two bedrooms and two bathrooms priced from the $490s to the $560s (including parking). On the conversion end of things, Abbott Court Condominiums, located at 2828 N Orchard St, has 15 rehabbed condos priced from the $310s to the $410s and a coach house priced in the $590s.
Racine Flats, 3414 N Racine Ave, is a 13-unit gut rehab with two- and three-bedroom simplexes and duplexes priced from the $300s to the $440s.
Janssen Lane, 3505 N Janssen Ave, has four rehabbed three-bedroom condos priced from the $510s and Lakewood Lane, 3705 N Lakewood Ave, has six rehabbed condos priced from the $300s.
We also have an update on the Lyonhart Group‘s upcoming Lake View project, which we’ve had our eye on for a while. The 31-unit development will be located at 3808 N Sheffield Ave, and prices on studio through three-bedroom condos will range from the $180s to the $420s.
