33Six, an 11-story condo project planned for 336 S Morgan St the West Loop, had its grand opening last October, but recent changes to the floor plans have added a few units to the layout, according to Michelle Mochoruk, a sales representative with @properties.
The property is now marketing 76 homes, she says – an increase from the 70 originally planned. 33Six will be a new-construction project with three floors of parking and some retail space on the ground floor.
A rendering wasn’t immediately available, but I did get my hands on the floor plan for a fourth-floor unit with a 528-square-foot terrace unit (shown above). All units come with a pair of built-in speakers for portable music players and a reinforced wall to mount a plasma TV.
33Six’s studios start in the $190s, and two-bedroom homes start in the $350s. Penthouses begin in the $310s and range up to the $710s. Prices include parking (except for the studios).
Mochoruk says 25 of the 76 units have been sold since sales began last year; groundbreaking is expected within 90 days.
