New Lincoln Park developments roundup

1919 N Sheffield Ave Some new Lincoln Park developments have popped up on our radar lately, like the conversion of this vintage building at 1919 N Sheffield Ave (left). Melrose Partners, the developer behind the Old Town Triangle conversion at 334 W Menomonee St, is redesigning the building into six condos with two or three bedrooms. New finishes include white oak floors, crown molding, wood-burning fireplaces with stone hearths, walnut cabinets, and Sub-Zero and Wolf stainless steel appliances. Buyers also will have touch-panel control of lights, HVAC, alarm systems and sound. Prices start in the $940s.

The Legacy on Fullerton

The Legacy on Fullerton (right), located at 1540 W Fullerton Ave, has 18 condos with three bedrooms and dens. Those units have 42- to 48-inch kitchen cabinets, double-sided fireplaces, a 29-bottle wine cooler and marble bathrooms with the dubious inclusion of a 12-inch LCD monitor. Those prices range from the $600s to the $670s.

Other finds: The Axis, located at 1600 N Halsted St, has one- and two-bedroom condos priced from the $230s, and the six-unit new-construction building at 2421 N Racine Ave has two- and four-bedroom condos priced from the $540s to the $840s.
