Basecamp River North will be the first new rowhomes built on Chicago’s near north side in nearly a decade.
All of the homes will have sleek contemporary interiors, private outdoor space, 2-car garages and roof decks. Three-bedrooms start in the mid-$500s and 4-bedrooms from the high $600s.
Nearly 20 of the 47 homes are under contract prior to the start of construction. Occupancy will begin in the fall of 2014.
