Joe Zekas was in the West Loop on business yesterday but found some time to stop by the sites of three proposed high-rises — One South Halsted, Catalyst, and 365 North Halsted — and the completed tower at Trio, where units originally intended for sale are now available to rent. (Trio’s mid-rise units have remained condos, and are now marketed by Garrison Partners.)
Having trouble keeping up with all these new projects? Check out our running list of downtown Chicago’s proposed apartment buildings.

It looks like this may go in next to Catalyst as well: http://www.fultonriverdistrict.org/index.php/articles/148-development-meeting-for-108-north-jefferson-street-development
It would include “a 430 foot tower that would include 12,550 sq. feet of retail space, 93,000 sq. feet of office space and 311 residential rental units.”
Thanks for the tip, David.
