The shot at the left was taken mid-afternoon yesterday and the one on the right late in the evening. The different light conditions make the building appear strikingly different in color.
The 26-story, 188 unit apartment tower under construction at 212-228 W Illinois in River North has reached its full height and is on target to begin occupancy early next year. It should be the first of several new River North towers to hit the market.
