At Mill Creek’s Tanna community, construction will soon begin on a new Hartford home, featuring four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a full basement, with completion expected by June 1, says sales manager Kim Cicero. The home has a preliminary price of $329,950, an amount that’s subject to change as construction progresses, she says.
At Oakmont, Shodeen is planning a Hudson style home priced at $379,900. The Hudson floor plan allows for three or four bedrooms, with a master and a den on the first floor and the remainder of bedrooms located upstairs, says sales manager Kathy Rabin. A model should be ready within six months, she says.
Inventory homes are ready to sell immediately in both communities. Homes start in the $340s at Tanna, a price that will buy a five-bedroom Payton-style home, similar to the one seen above. At Oakmont, four-bedroom homes start in the $400s.
