New South Loop condos have great transportation access

The new condos at 1345 Wabash in the South Loop have Trader Joe’s and Jewel-Osco just over a block north, close proximity to Grant Park and the Museum Campus, and dozens of bars and restaurants, including a half-dozen on the same block, within a short walk.

Dealing with the daily commute, however, is often more of a priority to households whose members work in different directions or whose work takes them around Chicagoland.

The Roosevelt Road CTA hub, just over a block north of 1345 Wabash, is served by Red, Green and Orange Line trains and three bus routes, and five more are within a block of the building. The location has quick access to Lake Shore Drive and to I-90/94, I-290 and I-55.

< In addition to offering a fun environment and great transportation access, 1345 Wabash has designer finishes that set a new standard of style in the South Loop.

The first move-ins at 1345 Wabash are slated for mid-April, just over two months away. One-bedroom condos start at $228,900 and two-bedrooms at $290,900. The sales and design center is open at 1620 S Michigan Ave.
