We read a lot of stories these days about the lack of financing and demand for new construction, but developers have announced fair number of projects since the start of 2009. I spent a few minutes browsing through our recent posts and came up with a list of 13 new-construction and gut-rehab condo developments that we first encountered this year.

The common theme across all these new developments is that they’re all quite small. While financing for larger projects is scarce, plenty of lower-risk three- to 12-unit developments are still cropping up in all parts of the city.
