The median list price for an Irving Park single-family built between 2000 and 2010 is in the mid-$600s, which is what the home above sold for back in May 2007. The median sale price for the same type of home over the past six months is right around $600,000, which is where it’s priced today.

The location gets a “Very Walkable” score of 80 from, thanks to its proximity to the Addison Mall Shopping Center to the south, retail along Kedzie Avenue to the west and Irving Park Road to the north, and California Park and McFetridge Sports Center to the east. It gets a borderline “Good Transit” score of 60, since the Irving Park and Addison bus lines are each just a quarter-mile away; however, the closest ‘L’ stop, the Belmont Blue Line station, is almost one mile away.
