According to agent Ted Nash, the six homes still for sale at Merida Place are two-bedrooms with one or two baths, priced from the $160s to the $210s. Improvements throughout the building include hardwood floors , 42-inch kitchen cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, fireplaces with granite surrounds, crown molding, recessed lighting, speaker wiring and new decks and patios. Each unit has central air and heat, washer / dryer hookups, and basement storage space, Nash says. The development doesn’t have on-site parking, but a nearby lot leases spaces for $40 a month.
All of the homes are finished and ready for delivery. FHA approval for the entire development is pending, Nash says.
