New townhomes near downtown Park Ridge Metra stop

Lexington Homes, a leading builder in Chicagoland for more than 40 years, recently announced the launch of Park Ridge Reserve, 25 new townhomes near downtown Park Ridge. Park Ridge Reserve is a follow-on to Lexington Homes’ recent successful Park Ridge Place community.

The spacious, sunny 2- to 3-bedroom homes have 2 ½ baths, a 2-car garage, and span 1,758 to 1,913 square feet. The homes are pre-completion priced from $344,990.
