New year brings new team for Trio

Trio, 650 - 670 W Wayman St, ChicagoThe turn of a new year is always a popular time to roll out new changes, and there appears to be one example of this already: We hear that RDM Development is handing the marketing duties for Trio, the high-rise / mid-rise development at 650 – 670 W Wayman St in the Fulton Market District, over to Jameson Real Estate.

New marketing teams can implement ideas ranging from the superficial — changes to a development’s name or logo, for example — to the significant — price adjustments and new incentives. We’ve seen Jameson take both approaches at the developments it has snatched up since last summer, but it may be a few weeks before we see if that’s the case with Trio. We’ll let you know if we see anything happening.

Trio’s tower, which should be ready for occupancy this summer, has one- to three-bedroom homes priced from the $270s to $1.3 million. Condos in its two adjoining mid-rises range from the $240s for a one-bedroom to the $420s for a two-bedroom. Those homes are ready for immediate delivery.

Coldwell Banker‘s Matt Garrison Group, which had handled sales and marketing for Trio previously, will still work with RDM on other projects. RDM’s other condo project under construction is Vision, a mid-rise at 1624 W Division St in Wicker Park.
