Eighteen 3- and 4-bedroom single-level and duplex condos in the 2400 block of Belmont Ave sold in a matter of weeks – pre-construction – earlier this year. Twelve of the units are complete and the sales are closing. The remaining units will close next month.
The project had a number of strong positives, beginning with prices more than $100k below similar developments a few blocks east. Noah Properties, the developer, delivers a product with everything (well, almost!) on buyers’ wish lists included in the base price.
