It’s been a while since I spotlighted a North Shore rental pick.
This week’s focus falls on 2240 Kenilworth Ave, a 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath home in Wilmette‘s Kenilworth Gardens offered at $3,300 a month.
There isn’t enough information online to determine whether the home qualifies as special in any way, or whether it’s bargain-priced, but there’s little doubt that it will rent quickly, barring any major defects. It’s in a very attractive location, a relatively affordable price range, and has a 2-car garage – a feature lacking in many Kenilworth Gardens homes.
Kenilworth Gardens is an area that’s been immensely popular with young families. There were only 10 newly-listed rental single-families that came on the market during the past 7 days and were still on the market late yesterday in the entire North Shore. If you’re looking to rent a home in a North Shore community, be prepared to make quick decisions in a tight rental market.
