Nearly three years ago I met Matt and Ken from the North Suburban Awareness Group (NSAG) at the Northfield Farmers Market, and we spent a few minutes chatting about the proposed widening of Willow Road.
Ken suggested that the debate over widening Willow Road had been going on for decades. An e-mail today from NSAG reminded me that the issue is still unsettled. A recent article in the Pioneer Press sketches the alternative proposals.
