The Lofts at River East, Streeterville’s only rental loft building, has been leasing rapidly for April 1 occupancy. All of the south-facing two-bedrooms with balconies overlooking the Ogden Slip have been rented for April, but a few are available for mid-May at rents ranging from $4,020 to $4,200.
One-bedrooms are still available for April occupancy, priced from $2,500 to $3,000.
Hubbard Place has three 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments “at a new low price for a limited time.” The net monthly rent ranges from $3,006 to $3,192.
Hubbard Place is also offering a month’s free rent on any vacant apartment, and a $1,000 one-time reduction on any occupied and on-notice apartment.
Scott Residences, 211 W Scott in Old Town, is at 93% occupancy and offering a month’s free rent for 13-month leases on its few remaining apartments. Rent within 48 hours of your initial visit and the $400 admin fee will be credited to your first month’s rent.
Atwater, 355 E Ohio, will apply the $450 admin fee to the first month’s rent for a client who rents a currently vacant apartment within 48 hours of their initial visit and moves in this month. Resident parking at Atwater is $225 a month – a bargain for Streeterville.
Unit 3506 at Atwater, a 1-bedroom, has been newly renovated with white quartz countertops, plank flooring throughout the living area and bedroom, and new finish details. It’s priced at $2,600 a month for immediate occupancy.
The leasing center for State & Chestnut opened recently at 873 N Rush. First occupancies are July 1, and early birds can lock up some of the building’s best apartments. Only one tier in the building, a split-bedroom layout 2-bedroom, 2-bath, has balconies and those units are a good bet to rent quickly.
Chestnut Place, 850 N State, is offering a month’s free rent on newly-renovated vacant apartments.
Kingsbury Plaza has several high-floor one bedrooms available for occupancy late this month and next. These large apartments span 879 to 906 square feet and rent from $2,452.
Chestnut Tower, 121 W Chestnut, is offering 1.5 months of free rent and a $100 monthly parking rate for new residents of select apartments with leases beginning by 2/28/15. The following fully-renovated apartments with designer finishes are eligible for the offer:
#3406, a 3-bedroom, 3- bath, 1,920 square foot unit with north, east and west views for $5,225. #2003, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,100 square foot southwest corner unit for $3,170. #2304, an 770 square foot top floor west-facing 1-bedroom for $2,300. The unit has a built-in beverage center.
1225 Old Town is showcasing a new furnished model of the 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartments currently available.
