On pricing a Fox Meadow townhome in Northfield

I stopped in this afternoon to visit Maureen Mohling at 422 Fox Meadow in Northfield, a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome that’s priced at $820,000 after a recent reduction.

There are only 52 homes at Fox Meadow, an 8-year old complex, and I wasn’t able to find any recent resales. So, I asked Maureen to talk about some of the factors that affect pricing and tell me about other area developments that might reflect sales of comparable homes.
