Construction on the project – comprised of one duplex and three simplexes – is nearly complete, says Robin W. Miner, a broker with @properties, which is marketing the project. The three simplexes have two bedrooms and two baths, and the duplex is sold, she says. Prices range from the $420s to the $470s, and deliveries are available within 30 days of closing. Garage or outdoor parking is included in the price, she says.
Features include cherry hardwood floors, natural stone baths and private decks, according to Miner.
Since the el is close by, the windows have been sound-proofed, Miner adds, though she also says the location has been a “deterrent” for some potential buyers.
