Buyers and brokers looking to make a deal before the April 30 tax credit deadline can tour a newly constructed single-family home at John Hall Homes‘ Reserve of St Charles community from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 28.
The 3,600 square-foot, four-bedroom / 3.5-bath home, located at 4625 Grandfield Dr in St Charles, is the only Reserve unit ready for immediate delivery, says Vice President John Hall Jr. The home sits on a half-acre lot and features a 9-foot English basement and cedar deck, both with views of a nearby pond.
The home is priced in the $640s, Hall says.
The Reserve of St Charles’ first phase comprises 20 single-family home lots located just west of the Fox River. The community lies within the boundaries for Fox Ridge Elementary School, Wredling Middle School, and St Charles North High School.
