Eyesore or constructivist art? The man in Tacoma, Washington who constructed this surreal home from flotsam and jetsam is selling the property for $360,000 after local authorities ruled the house was dangerous and should be repaired or demolished (see photos by News-Tribune).
The newspaper reports that the man planned to create a highrise tower, complete with a “helicopter taxi” service, while a mid-80s Randy “Macho Man” Savage action figure adorns the door.
“They either like it or they don’t – that’s the way art is,” the Trib. reports the home-owner as saying.
