Located at 1138 N Milwaukee Ave, this four-story condo development is just a few blocks south of the Polish Triangle in Noble Square. It’s a relatively featureless stretch of Milwaukee Avenue that’s characterized more by heavy traffic than anything else.
The available unit is a 1,400 square-foot, second-floor condo with two bedrooms, two baths, and balconies in both the front and back. The condo is listed at $417,000 – down from $419,000, according to Michael Walczak from @properties.
For price comparison, two- to three-bedroom condos at 1441 W Augusta Blvd are listed in the $360s, and just around the corner at Augusta Court, 1354 W Augusta Blvd, two- and three-bedroom condos are listed from the $430s to the $550s.
The thing that puzzles me about the floor plan for the remaining unit is that there appear to be two separate stairwells located right next to each other and two entrances within about 10 feet of each other. Presumably one leads to the front door, but where does the other one go? Maybe you can keep the family guessing as to which you’ll use.
