Michael Phocas, along with being the sales manager for American Invsco‘s Century Tower, also handles sales at the company’s Private Residences at Ontario Place conversion at 1 E Erie St in River North.
During our chat yesterday about the former, Phocas mentioned that 15 units still remain at the latter. All are finished one-bedrooms priced from the $380s to the high $400s, he says. One is a 1,093 square-foot home on the building’s 44th floor; the rest are 995 square-foot units spread throughout the building’s eighth through 31st floors.
Of all those, only one, a corner unit on the 22nd floor (shown below), has a good chance of offering a view east toward the lake. Another four are located on the building’s southeastern corner from the eighth to 11th floors, so their sight-lines are probably limited by neighboring buildings. Almost all the rest face north.
American Invsco was offering a free parking spot with the purchase of a unit back in January 2007. That offer must have changed in the past year, however, as Phocas says that deeded spaces are available from $40,000 to $45,000.
