Most of Parkside of Old Town‘s Phase I homes were ready for occupancy by mid-2008. By that point, we had already taken a look at one of the development’s townhouses in the 1100 block of North Cleveland Avenue, but it wasn’t until this morning that any of us had set foot inside The Hudson, one of Parkside’s two condominium mid-rises facing Division Street.
Sales director Catherine Hughey took me inside one of The Hudson, located at 437 W Division St, and showed me around a Tier 03 unit with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,236 square feet of living space. Tier 03 condos are priced priced in the $370s.

Residents can enter The Hudson’s lobby from the front door (seen at top) or from a rear entrance bordered by townhouses. Parkside’s only fitness center — open to condominium owners only — is located next to the lobby on the mid-rise’s ground floor.

an EL stop at division (brown line) would really help this and nearby developments sell these units.
Alan,
It’s a pretty easy walk to the subway stop at Clark & Division – at least when the weather’s better.
