With new low prices in place for Grand Bend at Green Bay‘s remaining inventory of one- and two-bedroom condos, buyers can now own a home in downtown Evanston for less than the cost of renting.
A junior one-bedroom at Grand Bend that had once cost $295,990 is now priced at $174,900, resulting in a monthly payment of just $1,401, covering principle, interest, taxes, HOA fees, and mortgage insurance.
Likewise, a two-bedroom once priced at $402,050 is now just $259,900, meaning a buyer will pay as little as $1,998 per month.
Grand Bend’s homes feature large living spaces, granite kitchens and baths, and outdoor balconies. Each home comes with an indoor, heated parking space.
The development is approved for FHA-backed mortgages, so buyers can purchase a home with a down-payment of just 3.5%.
