What’s Yo’alls take on the rendering of Parc Huron? Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture designed the 21-story high-rise, planned for 469 W Huron St.
The building will have 221 condos priced from the mid $200s to the mid $600s, according to Jill Janeck, a sales agent with Lennar Urban, which is marketing the project. Retail space will occupy the ground floor with parking on the three levels above.
Depending on pre-sales, construction is set to begin in early 2008, Janeck says. An on-site sales center with virtual tours will open in September.
