Parkside of Old Town, the mixed-income community we’ve been telling you about since the summer, broke gound Dec. 7 on a site where Cabrini-Green housing projects once stood. Several other developments are already in various stages of construction in the area, and the first Parkside residents are expected to move in a year from now. Condos are priced from the $200s, and townhomes are priced from the $550s.
