I was walking past a condo development on Wilson Avenue when I spied what appeared to be a party.

Rick Mendoza, who’s heading up sales, related that this was a “developer’s close-out” to move the last of the units in the 64-unit project.

Rick gave me an overview of the project and introduced me to a few of the residents.
