Patriotism was on display yesterday when we stopped by the Pulaskiview development at 4119 N Pulaski Rd. The 12-unit project is comprised of nine residential and three ground-floor retail condos.
The residential units have three-bedroom two-bath floor plans with approximately 1,680 square feet. The kitchen finishes include the usual granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and 42-inch cabinets. Units at Pulaskiview have hardwood floors throughout, a fireplace in the living room, and a front balcony. All units include one outdoor parking space.
Anna Wateska of Coldwell Banker is marketing the project exclusively. Prices range from the $350s to the $400s on the residential units, and start in the $240s on the commercial condos.
