The refurbished unit #G has most of the finishes buyers have come to expect: hardwood floors, stainless-steel appliances, granite in the kitchen, marble in the bathrooms, wires in the walls, etc. As you can see from the floor plan below (which is actually a reversed plan from a unit on a higher floor, hence the balcony), the home is split into two areas, with the two bedrooms, bathroom and living room on one side and the enclosed kitchen and dining room on the other.
Given the sizes of the dining and living rooms, I’m surprised Jameson isn’t trying to market this as a two-bedroom-plus-den unit – I see spaces much smaller than 16′ x 11-4″ or 14-2″ x 10-11″ pass for dens. Check out my recent video from Emerald for one example.
The home is priced in the $210s. For a little context, other developments in the general vicinity include the Grand on Granville conversion at 1306 W Granville Ave, where two-bedrooms start in the $210s, and the Magnolia Court conversion at 5653 N Magnolia Ave, where two-bedrooms top out in the $210s.
