Phase I of BackYard Andersonville is nearing completion, and the project will break ground on the nine-unit Phase II within a few weeks, according to Heather Gustafson of CMK Realty.
Four of the Phase II units are under contract. The remaining two-story rowhomes, at 4832 N Clark St, are priced from the $430s.

Are they following the original plans or did they redesign them?
No change in plans as far as I know.
These are really ugly, overpriced and right off Lawrence Ave. Terrible location.
