After taking over from Bejco Development, the Radco Companies has hit the 75 percent sold mark at Prairie House at Central Station, a new townhome and condominium community in the South Loop.
The project, at 1515 S. Prairie, comprises 187 luxury condominiums and six townhomes. Remaining units have one to three bedrooms, 1.5 to three baths, gas fireplaces and balconies or terraces, priced from $200s to the $880s. One deeded garage space is included in the purchase prices.
