On Tuesday, a post at CribChatter announced price reductions at Trio, RDM Development‘s three-building condo development at 650 – 670 W Wayman St in the Fulton River District. Yesterday, I reached Jameson Real Estate agent David Mahoney for some details on the incentive.
Mahoney says the $25,000 price reductions are limited to six condos in the two mid-rises at 650 – 660 W Wayman St, and they were implemented to get some of the lowest prices for two-bedroom / two-baths below $250,000, bringing the development into a lower tier of MLS search results. Mahoney says that two-bedroom / two-baths are now priced from the $240s to the $370s.
At least 20 condos are still for sale in the two mid-rises, according to Mahoney. In addition to the two-bedrooms Mahoney mentioned, I also found an MLS listing for one one-bedroom / one-bath priced in the $210s.
As for the high-rise, Mahoney says those homes will be ready for delivery in about two months. Furnished models have been staged on the sixth floor and are ready to be viewed, but the lobby and common amenities aren’t finished yet.
