With about 75 percent of the 58 condos in Superior 110 sold, developer JFJ Development is taking a knife to the prices on the remaining unsold homes. We walked over to River North’s bluest high-rise this afternoon, where @properties agent Greg Eldridge handed us a new price sheet showing the new closeout prices.
The available homes in Superior 110, which is located at 110 W Superior St in River North, include one- two- and three-bedroom condos, and it looks like they’ve all been reduced in price by about 14 percent. Here are the price points, before and after the price reductions:
One-bedroom with den / 1.5-baths:
Then: From the $580s to the $640s
Now: From the $490s to $560s
Two-bedroom / two-baths:
Then: From the $630s to the $740s
Now: From the $540s to the $630s
Three-bedrooms / 2.5- or three-baths:
Then: From the $1.51 million to $1.69 million
Now: From the $1.30 million to $1.48 million
Eldridge and his @properties sales team currently have two furnished models open for viewing on the 16th and 20th floors of the building.
