- Rick Levin & Associates will oversee a court-ordered auction of a 251′ x 134′ parcel at 1000 S Michigan Ave in the South Loop, where developers failed to build the 40-story Park 1000 high-rise. The land was appraised at $24 million in 2008, and will start at a suggested opening bid of $9 million when it goes on sale in late July. Crain’s has more.
