Perhaps that should be renamed the “Understatement of the day”.
Here is my grand vision for that property.
1. Run a Metra Line from there downtown with one or two stops in Hyde Park and around 2200 south before hitting downtown.
2. Marina.
3. No friggin idea.
Well at least number one (metra electric south chicago branch) and number 2 (Crowley’s on 95th st & Jackson Park) on your wishlist has come true.
