The Pickus Cos. plans to build a 318-unit glass-and-steel condominium development at 1260 W Madison St. The developer has removed studios and convertible units from its proposal, but some West Loop residents believe the development will still be too dense for the neighborhood and plan to air their grievances with Ald. Walter Burnett (27th) next week.
