It’s been a while since we’ve seen a big shake-up on the brokerage scene. One of the few mergers we saw this year was in January, when Real Living Helios Realty and Real Living Infinity Realty joined to form a single company named … well … Real Living Helios Realty.
Last week, Chicago Agent Magazine reported that Helios principals Tripti Kasal, Andy Magliochetti, and Joe Magliochetti, and their 50 agents have joined Jameson‘s Lincoln Park office.
That move makes Koenig & Strey the only Real Living brokerage in Chicago (although they don’t seem to promote the connection all that much).
