Impressionist Homes has sold 20 condos at Lehmann Court Condominiums, 2702-2720 N Lehmann Ct, in Lincoln Park, leaving 16 units on the market. The remaining homes, which have two or three bedrooms, are priced from $539,900 to $775,000.
You might think of that as a deal, since, when we first started tracking the project in late 2005, the starting price was advertised as being in the $590s. Six months later, an April 2006 news release for Lehmann Court quoted a starting price of $549,900.
The development includes five buildings – four eight-flats and one four-flat. Duplexes and single-level condos are available. The homes have stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite countertops, oak floors, decks, woodburning fireplaces and wet bars (in many cases). Brand name fixtures and appliances include Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch, Dacor and Grohe.
